1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the y999pk website, mobile interface, and any associated applications or services operated under the y999pk brand (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede any prior versions.

y999pk is an online sports betting and casino platform. The Platform provides users with access to sports betting markets (including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, and others), live casino games, slots, table games, and other wagering products. All services are provided subject to these Terms and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.

y999pk does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated, or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction. This document does not constitute legal advice.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the y999pk Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds not yet released.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements before conversion or withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Operator" means the entity operating the y999pk Platform.
• "Platform" means the y999pk website, mobile interface, and associated services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the local currency denomination used for display and transaction reference purposes where applicable.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law or the Operator's internal policy.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be withdrawn as real money.

3. Account Eligibility

3. 1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. The Platform enforces strict age verification through its KYC process and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is not available to residents of Restricted Territories. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representations that the services offered are available or appropriate for use in any particular location. Access from a Restricted Territory is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one registered Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account. You may not act as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person when registering or using the Platform.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. y999pk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify y999pk support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or the Help Centre. Pending verification of your identity and any outstanding wagers or transactions, your remaining Balance (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to you through a verified withdrawal method.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Verification Obligation

y999pk is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. Verification may also be requested at any other time at the Operator's discretion. Until KYC is completed, withdrawals will not be processed and, in some cases, further deposits or wagers may be restricted.

5.2 Documents Required

Standard KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method. All documents must be valid and clearly legible.

5.3 Verification Timeframes

y999pk aims to complete standard KYC verification within 72 hours of receipt of complete documentation. Enhanced due diligence checks may take longer. During any verification period, existing balances remain protected in the Player's Account.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

y999pk supports various deposit methods appropriate to the Pakistan market. Payment method names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar context for Pakistani users only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or formal support from any such financial institution. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times are detailed on the Platform's Cashier page and are subject to change.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Platform's Cashier page. These figures are denominated in PKR where applicable. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method, account tier, and KYC status.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. y999pk reserves the right to apply additional checks before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. The Operator is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6.4 Currency

Where PKR is available as a transactional currency, amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees. Where conversion is required, exchange rates applied are determined by the Operator and may include a margin. Players should review the applicable rate before confirming any transaction.

6.5 Transaction Fees

y999pk does not charge fees on standard deposits. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, are displayed at the point of request in the Cashier. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees independently of y999pk — these are beyond the Operator's control.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or event, as published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the relevant rules before placing a wager. Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended unless the Operator determines, at its sole discretion, that a settlement error has occurred.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds at which the wager is accepted. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with published sports rules in response to extraordinary events, results disputes, or data errors.

7.3 Cricket and PSL Markets

Cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC T20 World Cup, Test matches, and One Day Internationals — is subject to the sports-specific rules published for each competition. In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or result reversal by the relevant governing body, settlements will follow the Platform's published cricket betting rules.

7.4 Live Betting

In-play or live betting markets are subject to delayed transmission, data feed interruptions, and rapid odds fluctuation. The Operator accepts no liability for losses attributable to data feed delays or technical interruptions during live events. The Operator may suspend live markets at any time without notice.

7.5 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided where it is determined to have been accepted in error, where the event did not take place as scheduled, or where the relevant governing body has altered the result. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Balance at the original stake amount.

8. Casino Rules

8.1 Game Availability

The availability of casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and table games may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to change without notice. The Operator does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title.

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

RTP percentages for slot games are determined by the software provider and are displayed where required by the applicable license conditions. RTP figures represent long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction or technical error during gameplay, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected round or game session and return the wager to the Player's Balance. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from system faults beyond its reasonable control.

8.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed from third-party studio environments. By participating in live casino games, you acknowledge that streams are subject to connectivity limitations and that the Operator cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Live casino minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed in the relevant game lobby.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a promotion-specific page, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they are converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only unless otherwise stated. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are published on the relevant promotion page.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

y999pk employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk without genuine play, and exploiting errors in promotional terms. Where abuse is detected, the Operator reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or close the relevant Account(s).

9.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds and free bets have an expiry date from the date of credit, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y999pk Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Operating multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies at the Operator's expense.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — any such exploitation must be reported immediately to support.
• Attempting to access any account other than your own, or attempting to interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Allowing a minor (under 18 years or the applicable legal minimum) to access or use your Account.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

11. Responsible Gambling

y999pk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers a range of player protection tools accessible through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the y999pk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, and branding — is the property of y999pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of y999pk. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y999pk shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings attributable to technical malfunctions, data feed errors, or third-party service disruptions.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.
• Errors in odds, game results, or market data provided by third-party data suppliers, where correction procedures are applied in accordance with published rules.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

y999pk processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

15. Amendments to These Terms

y999pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction.

Players located in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding your local law obligations. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local legislation.
