Our Story
y999pk was created out of a straightforward observation: Pakistani sports fans and casino enthusiasts deserved a platform that spoke their language — not just in terms of English content suited to local context, but in understanding what matters to them. From the excitement of a PSL night match in Lahore to the drama of an ICC knockout game watched on mobile in Rawalpindi, we knew the betting and casino experience needed to fit naturally into the lives of Pakistani users.
We started with a clear mandate: build something that puts the player first. That meant transparent bonus terms written in plain English, responsible gambling tools that are easy to find and use, and an interface that performs reliably on mobile data connections — not just on fast home broadband. Pakistan is a mobile-first country, and y999pk was designed to reflect that reality from day one.
Over time, y999pk has grown its offering to cover cricket betting across PSL, ICC T20 World Cups, bilateral series, and domestic tournaments, alongside international football, UFC, kabaddi, and a full live casino suite. Our slots library spans hundreds of titles from multiple software providers, giving players in Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and every city in between access to a varied and engaging gaming catalogue.
We are not the loudest brand in the space. We do not make claims we cannot back up. What we do offer is a consistent, honest, and well-structured platform — and we believe that approach builds genuine long-term trust with our players.
Our Mission & Vision
Our Mission
To provide Pakistani users with a well-structured, transparent, and responsible online betting and casino experience — one that respects local context, communicates clearly in English, and equips players with the information and tools they need to make informed decisions about their play.
We believe that an informed player is a safer player, and that long-term platform trust is built through consistency and honesty rather than inflated promises.
Our Vision
To be the most trustworthy and player-focused online betting and casino information platform serving the Pakistan market — recognised not just for the breadth of our game and sports catalogue, but for the quality of our responsible gambling tools, the clarity of our terms, and the responsiveness of our support.
We aim to grow alongside our community of players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar — listening to their needs and improving the platform accordingly.
Our Core Values
Everything we build and every decision we make comes back to these six principles.
Transparency
Bonus terms, wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, and game odds are all communicated clearly and upfront. No hidden clauses buried in small print.
Player Safety
We take responsible gambling seriously. Deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools are built into the platform — not buried in settings.
Mobile-First
Pakistan is a mobile-first market and y999pk is built to match that. Fast load times, intuitive navigation, and live betting that works smoothly on mobile data.
Fairness
We present odds, RTP information, and house edge data honestly so players can make informed decisions. We do not manipulate outcomes or mislead with unrealistic win claims.
Local Relevance
Cricket is the heartbeat of Pakistan sport. Our betting markets reflect that — PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and domestic cricket are given the prominence they deserve.
Responsive Support
Our support team is available 24/7 via Live Chat and Help Centre, with English and Urdu-speaking agents to assist players wherever they are in the country.

Our Platform Journey
y999pk has grown steadily since its inception, with each milestone reflecting a commitment to improving the player experience for the Pakistan market. The following highlights are indicative of the platform's development direction.
Platform Launch & Core Sports Betting
y999pk launched with its core sports betting product focused on cricket — the natural starting point for a Pakistan-facing platform. PSL markets, ICC tournament coverage, and bilateral series formed the initial backbone of the offering.
Slots, Table Games & Live Casino
The casino product expanded to include hundreds of slot titles, RNG table games, and a live dealer studio suite covering roulette, blackjack, and baccarat. Live game shows were added to complement the live casino section.
Mobile-First Redesign for Pakistani Users
Recognising that the majority of Pakistani users access the platform via mobile devices, y999pk underwent a significant interface redesign prioritising mobile load speeds, streamlined navigation, and in-play betting usability on smaller screens.
Responsible Gambling Tools & KYC Overhaul
A dedicated responsible gambling toolkit was introduced — including deposit limits, loss limits, time-out controls, and a formal self-exclusion pathway. KYC processes were streamlined to reduce friction while maintaining identity verification standards.
Loyalty Programme, Esports & Continued Growth
The current phase focuses on expanding the loyalty programme, adding esports markets (CS2, Dota 2, FIFA), growing the slots catalogue, and continuing to refine the player support experience with Urdu-speaking agents during peak hours.
Our Commitment to Pakistani Players
Building trust with players across Pakistan requires more than a good game catalogue. Here is what we actively commit to.
English Content Suited to Pakistan
Every piece of content on y999pk is written in natural professional English that reflects the Pakistani context — local city references, familiar payment names as contextual examples, and cricket-focused sports coverage at the forefront.
Clear Terms & Conditions
We do not hide important terms. Bonus conditions, wagering requirements, withdrawal rules, and account eligibility criteria are all published in plain, readable English before you commit your money.
Adults-Only Access
y999pk enforces an 18+ age restriction, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification is a mandatory part of the KYC process and cannot be bypassed.
Bilingual Support Access
English is the primary language of the platform, but we understand that some players are more comfortable in Urdu. Urdu-speaking support agents are available during peak hours to assist where needed.
